PAS24:2016 in Combination with Fire and Cyclic Testing

FSSR provides a full range of testing services for enhanced security performance for doors, windows and hardware to enable product certification to the relevant standard.

PAS24:2016 is the most recognised test standard requested and one of those required for the provision of products to a Secured by Design ™ (SBD) standard. PAS24:2016 is one of the principle tests provided by FSSR, in conjunction with the range of cyclic and weather tests also required to assure customers of long-term security performance.

FSSR recognises and tests to the European burglar resistance test standards EN1627, EN1628 and 1630, as part of our commitment to fully support Secured by Design ™ and NHBC initiatives.

FSSR operates an accredited doors, windows and hardware laboratory testing service which offers weather analysis to BS6375-1. Wind resistance, operation and strength testing is performed to BS6375-2. European standards for mechanical strength and durability are also employed as is testing of lock cylinders to TS007.
